Clare Oven received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova in 2010. After graduating, she worked as an Associate Engineer at Dexter Wilson Engineering, Inc. Clare decided to go back to school to receive her master's degree and attended the National University in San Diego, CA to get a Masters of Education with specialization in Best Practices from 2011-2013. She held a position as a student teacher at Oceanside High School while receiving her masters. Now, Clare is the Director of Institutional Research at John Paul the Great Catholic University in Escondido, CA where she collects and reports assessment data, survey data, and student success data to assist in continuous improvement efforts.
