Christian Mazzie is ready to dominate the commercial real estate scene upon graduation in May of 2018. As a Marketing major, Christian knew that he wanted to pursue a career in Sales, but was unsure what he wanted to sell. In the fall of his junior year, he became intrigued by the idea of selling commercial real estate for a living. He sat down with the Director of the DiLella Center for Real Estate at Villanova University that November and decided to pick up a Real Estate co-major. He was ready to get started on his journey.
Always wanting to learn about what is going on in the industry, Christian constantly connects with commercial real estate professionals. He has built a strong network over the last year, and thanks Blue White for helping him develop some great relationships. “If I had not been involved with Blue White, I wouldn’t have been introduced to my mentor Stan Moore. Blue White has opened many doors for me and I am very grateful for that.”
This past summer Christian worked under Patrick Murphy at Cushman & Wakefield in Manhattan. Murphy is considered one of the Top 10 Office Leasing Brokers in Manhattan according to The Real Deal. While working at Cushman & Wakefield, Christian was responsible for qualifying prospects for Murphy’s team. He had an incredible experience and says that he now knows what it will take to flourish in the ultra competitive market.
Christian is currently in the process of deciding where he wants to work after he graduates this spring. It is safe to say that he has fallen in love with commercial real estate. He strives to become a power player in the industry.
